Product is good, service is worst..

I used his brand before also, so only went to store by searching by brand name.. Product is no doubt good.. but they delivered quite late .. it took near by 15 days.. & that also, I have to drop msg via Wht’s app chat..to remind them. No customer care number I found over their.. they didn’t felt regrets too.. when I questioned about product.. quite rough reply..
